Hi, I’m Bart.

I’m an independent SEO consultant with 10 years of experience, originally from the Netherlands and fluent in both Dutch and English.

Since starting in SEO in 2015, I’ve worked extensively with SEO and digital marketing agencies – both in-house and remotely.

I’m currently the Lead SEO at SERP Builders, an AI-enhanced SEO & Content Marketing Agency, and at Dr. Pappert Communications, a Digital Marketing Consultancy for life science companies.

I provide white-label SEO services to agencies that need a reliable, strategic partner behind the scenes, and SEO strategy services to businesses who want SEO done right.

Outside of client work, I run SEO-Conferences.com and the SEO Conference Digest newsletter – a passion project dedicated to bringing you the latest information and news in the world of SEO conferences.

I’m a regular at industry events myself and have attended conferences like Chiang Mai SEO, SEO Mastery Summit, World of Search, and SEOCon Forum Bali.

I travel often, enjoy connecting with SEOs in person to bounce SEO ideas and strategies, and love diving into new cultures. Lately, I’ve been especially focused on how AI and LLMs are changing the search landscape and what that means for visibility.
